Where does our matcha come from?
Our matcha is from Yame city, Fukuoka prefecture, Japan, where there is very rich soil and perfect weather to grow Matcha.
How much matcha should I use?
Start with 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) for 2 ounces of water. Want it stronger? Add a little more. Play around until it’s just right for you.
How do I store matcha so it stays fresh?
Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dark spot—like a pantry or fridge. Exposure to light, air, or heat can dull its flavor and color fast.
